Pursuant to Document No. 2659 / PMU-KTTĐ dated 27/7/2015 of the Railway Project Management Board regarding the progress of recruiting personnel to manage and operate the Hanoi Catfish Project, the Cat Linh- Ha Dong in China and Vietnam;
Pursuant to Document No. 5297 / UBND-XDGT dated 30/7/2015 of the Hanoi People’s Committee On the assignment of Hanoi Railway One Member Limited Company to recruit staff to train management and exploitation of the route. Cat Linh – Ha Dong;
Pursuant to Document No. 5346 / VP-XDGT dated 07/8/2015 of the Office of the Hanoi People’s Committee on speeding up the recruitment and training of personnel for management, operation and operation of urban railway lines Cat Linh – Ha Dong;
Pursuant to Plan No.22 / KH-ĐSHN dated 29/2/2016 of Hanoi Railway One Member Limited Company on the recruitment of human resources for train operation and exploitation of Hanoi railway, Cat Linh – Ha route East in China and Vietnam (phase 4);
Hanoi Railway One Member Limited Company announces the recruitment of human resources for the first train to train in Vietnam to operate and exploit urban railways (railways) 2A, Cat Linh – Ha Dong as follows:
I. REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
1. General conditions:
a) Between 20 and under 45 years of age depending on the position of employment;
b / Having an application for registration of recruitment, with certification by a competent agency;
c / Having professional diplomas and certificates suitable to the recruitment positions;
d / Being physically fit to the recruitment requirements;
e) Priority is given to people who know Chinese and have permanent residence in Hanoi;
2. The following people are not allowed to register for the competition:
a / Having lost civil act capacity or restricted civil act capacity;
b) Being examined for penal liability; are currently executing the court’s criminal judgment or decision; being subjected to administrative handling measures to be taken into medical treatment establishments, educational establishments or reformatories;
c) They are being administratively disciplined in the form of suspending the positions or titles they are currently undertaking due to violating the regulations on railway traffic order and safety.
II. QUANTITY, STANDARDS OF REGISTRATION FORM
Total recruitment needs for the first phase of vocational training in Vietnam include 267 employees with 12 positions in the passenger terminal, train station and train station.
The number and position of the recruiting staff are detailed below.
Training time is 20 days, divided into 3 classes:
– Grade 1: From June 22, 2016 to July 14,
– Grade 2: From July 15, 2012 to August 6,
– Grade 3: From August 8, 2016 to August 30, 2016
Particularly 08 staff members of the training section 30 days (after finishing grade 2, training will be concentrated from 19/8/2016 to 30/8/2016).
III. RECORDS FOR RECOGNITION
The applicant shall submit one set of application file comprising:
1. Application form.
2. A valid CV with a 4×6 photo, certified by the local authority or authority.
3. Copy of birth certificate, ID card, copy of household registration book.
4. Copies of papers proving the working process.
5. Copies of diplomas and certificates at the request of the position.
6. Certificate of health of the National Hospital of Transportation at the request of the vacancy.
7. Two 4×6 cm color photos with full name, date of birth behind, 02 envelopes with postage stamps indicating the address of the message.

Only one candidate can be registered for 01 position.
IV. RECRUITMENT FORM
Graduation tests combined with examinations, interviews about the capacity, professional qualifications of candidates.
Step 1: Prequalify the application.
Step 2: Test the general knowledge of subjects: Vietnamese, IQ, EQ, social understanding, skills of customer satisfaction, teamwork skills, leadership skills (for management positions).
Step 3: Proficiency testing is done by the Employment Council.
Step 4: Company leaders interviewed before making a recruitment decision.
V. REGIME OF POLICY FOR TRAINERS AND TRAINERS
After training students will be trained in Vietnam according to the program and training cost of the Project 2A Cat Linh – Cat Linh – Ha Dong. During the training period, trainees will be provided with the cost of training the operation and exploitation of the project.
VI. ORGANIZATION OF IMPLEMENTATION

From 07/3/2016 to 23/4/2016 (From 8h30 to 11h30, from 14h00 to 16h30, except Saturday and Sunday).
