At present, the project has constructed 252 piers (57% of volume), 73% of bored piles, 57% of piles and completed 50% of the work of processing weak ground and leveling the ground. At the same time, the contractors are implementing the construction of less than 5 stations including La Thanh, Ring Road 3, Thanh Xuan 3, Ha Dong and La Khe.

As a result, the Railway Project Management Unit requests the Hanoi City People’s Committee to set up O & M Company immediately, or to assign a functional unit of the City to receive the sub-project of human resource training that is separated from the project. and recruiting staff in accordance with project standards to send training starts from June this year in accordance with the plan.
